DP&R Selected to Conduct 9th Mission Support Command Senior Leader Design Methodology Workshop

The workshop produced a number of In November, DP&R has been selected by the 9th Mission Support Command, U.S. Army Pacific to conduct a Senior Leader Design Methodology Workshop. The workshop will center around the development of a new Command Strategy in response to a fundamental operational shift in its operating environment, including the drawdown of support to Operation Enduring Freedom, and the deactivation of Joint Task Force – Homeland Defense.
The workshop is intended to facilitate development and improvement in staff operations to successfully solve complex problems through innovative solutions to meet the Commander’s intent and vision, help develop critical and creative thinking skills, and provide Design support to understand and visualize complex problems and develop tailored approaches to solve them.
